Modernize EHR solution for US based Healthcare provider

Challenge

The current software suite was using standalone software solutions that no longer met the modern market demands alongside with customers and end-users needs.

Performance, usability and security were the bottlenecks for performing daily operations from both clinical and patiets sides and blocked business from growing and scaling.

Solution

During the discovery phase, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the client’s business workflows and existing solutions, aligning them with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.

The proposed solution focused on modernizing the technology stack, enhancing UI/UX, and consolidating disparate tools into a single, centralized platform. This approach aimed to streamline workflows, improve data consistency, and enhance user experience across all phases of the process.

Given the complexity and scale of the transformation, the implementation was structured in a phased manner:

1. Development of a Core Centralized Platform – The initial phase focused on delivering a unified solution that integrated key functionalities required by all users.

2. User-Centric Validation and Refinement – The solution was introduced to end-users for validation, ensuring alignment with real-world needs and workflows.

3. Incremental Modernization of Remaining Solutions – Based on user feedback, additional standalone tools were planned for  systematical redesign and integration into the centralized system, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption.
